1. Eligibility for Returns
Perfume products can be returned only if the item meets all conditions below:
✔ Unused and unopened
✔ Seal and packaging intact
✔ No damage, leakage, or tampering
✔ Return request raised within 7 days of delivery
Used or opened perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.
2. Return Not Accepted If
❌ Product is opened or used
❌ Packaging or seal is broken
❌ Product is damaged due to customer handling
❌ Request is made after 7 days of delivery
❌ “Change of mind” after using or testing the product
3. Wrong / Damaged / Defective Item
If you receive:

Wrong product

Damaged item
-
Leaking bottle
-
Manufacturing defect
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing video/photo proof.
We will arrange:

Replacement
or -
Refund (as per customer preference)
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved:

Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after inspection

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side
5. Return Pickup

We will arrange a courier pickup from your address (if available in your area).

In remote locations, you may be asked to ship the product back manually.

Item must be packed securely to avoid damage.
6. Cancellations

Order can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once packed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
7. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchange only for damaged, leaking, or wrong items.
Exchanges for personal preferences (like fragrance choice) are not available.
